Feel Better in your body, FAST!

Whether you’ve just come back from a leisurely ice cream and cocktail-filled beach vacation, been overwhelmed by stress at work, or are being crushed ever-so-slowly by the cogs of modern life 😂 - it’s not unusual to find yourself feeling a bit shit in your body, from time to time.

Give us three weeks and we’ll get you back to your best without having to give up on all the joy, adventure, or croissants life has to offer.

"I’m determined to reset my relationship with my body and food: have the energy to get through the day without a nap, stop busting out of my jeans because of bloat, sleep deeply, and see myself again when I look in the mirror - proud of how I’m caring for myself”

Any of these describe your current situation?

  • You’ve spent a lifetime battling your body - jumping from diet to diet, feeling excited and hopeful when you’re emptying all the grains out of your cupboard, googling keto recipes, stocking up on supplements and dreaming of a life where you never eat sugar ever, EVER again - only to feel like a complete failure when the plan falls apart 3 weeks (or 3 days?!) later. You’re tired of the roller coaster but you have no idea what to do next? You don’t know what to eat, your body feels out of control and you’d love a solution that doesn’t involve - for the love of all things holy and celestial - counting almonds or weighing boiled chicken breasts.

  • OR, you’ve found Intuitive Eating and you managed to get yourself OFF the diet roller coaster! *high fives!* You’ve learned how to say YES to the foods you love and for the first time in your life, you feel some peace. The only problem is - you feel like you’ve been stuck in your YES for a little too long, amirite? You know you’ve been on autopilot and you’re ready to start thinking a bit more critically about how you’re eating - because you’re tired, getting headaches, feeling bloaty and gross - but no one’s ever taught you what to do next. You’re scared to fall back into old diet-y patterns but even more scared of feeling like poopy for the rest of your life. You still don’t know what to eat, your body feels out of control and you’d love a solution that doesn’t involve - for the love of all things holy and gluten-free - just “tuning in to your intuition” that may or may not show up to the party, depending on the day.

  • OR, maybe, you’re a magical mythical unicorn who’s SOMEHOW managed to avoid all the food and body drama up until now. *Where were you raised and was there no television or YM magazines??* And then, because of some extenuating life circumstance, like: a surprising bout of gastritis from slurping up red wine on your last holiday or major stress at work or getting caught up caring for kids (and maybe parents!) or turning 40 or FUCKING PERI-MENOPAUSE - you’ve found yourself, for the very first time, feeling incredibly bad in your body and you don’t know what to do about it.

  • Whether you're addicted to dieting, done with it forever, or surprised to find yourself in a body you don’t recognize or know how to care for - one thing is true: you're looking for a better way.

  • You’ve been craving a reset. You want to reinvent yourself & your relationship to food, movement, and your body. You want more pleasure, more joy, more peace, and a way of caring for yourself that makes you feel energetic, sexy, and in control...without having to spend every moment of every day “managing” how you eat. You’re over diet culture and starving your body but you’re ready to get curious again about what might be making you feel bad.

It’s time for a new era of health.

Healthy-ish is Pioneering an All-New Way to Live Intuitively AND Intentionally in Your Body.

I’ve been developing this new framework for years — As a naturopath with over 16 years of experience, working in the Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating space for 10+, AND an eating disorder recovery centre, I’ve seen the downside of being over-consumed with managing your body AND under-consumed by it.

I know for a fact that eating, moving, and living in an internally-led way (ie not following Joe-Schmo’s new diet plan of eating only sardines and electrolytes while hanging upside down in a restaurant-grade refrigerator) is the way to go – but I also know that most people do better with some structure and parameters.

The first major model for internally-led eating (Intuitive Eating) taught us how to see bodies differently and to trust their ability to choose variety and regulate intake — and, it worked. I’ve helped hundreds of women stop obsessive food thoughts, binge eating, emotional eating, weight preoccupation and learn how to eat peacefully.

However, a new problem soon emerged: the rebellious blahs.

Without any tangible guardrails on this new way of eating, more and more women started to fall into unconscious patterns of eating, going on autopilot, only to wake up one day and realize that their mood is low, energy’s lower, they feel terrible in their body and they don’t know what to do about it - or WORSE - how to even talk about it without feeling like they’re a traitor to the intuitive eating, body acceptance movement.

Somewhere along the way acceptance and AMBIVALENCE got mixed up and being out of touch with your body (albeit in a different way from the disconnect of dieting) became the norm.

On top of this - it became clear to me, as a clinician, that even the BEST intuitive eater would have challenges connecting with their body’s intuitive knowing on the regular. The stress and busyness of day-to-day life gets in the way. So does neurodivergence (ie ADHD or ASD), patriarchal conditioning (ie putting everyone else first, all the time), and HEALTH INFORMATION (that right, I’m talking about the advice you get from your MD or ND).

And when women tried to take back control - they’d often find themselves rebelling against their own best efforts. The mere thought of limiting gluten or sugar (for the right reasons!) could send them into a pit of cookie dough.

The Rebellious Blahs

I want to be clear that I’m very aware that the Intuitive Eating model lays out a framework for gentle nutrition. I just don’t think it’s been clear enough or tangible enough for most people to follow.

Healthy-ish is my response to this. And the 3-Week Reset is a crash course in this new way of doing things.

“I'm Not Interested in Hearing About Weight Loss Success Stories or Health Changing Miracles Unless They Involve Amazing Food, Joyful Movement, Flexibility, Room for Holidays and Adventures and Mental Peace Too.

And I’m not interested in hearing about food freedom if you don’t feel genuinely good in your body and proud of how you care for it.

We Need Both. To Me, That's True Health and Success.”

Let’s Revolutionize How You Eat, Move, and Feel in Your Body (and Jeans!) in just 30 days.

In the 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset we have three goals.

To teach you:

  1. Permission AND Discipline: on a scale from full restriction to full permission, we’ll figure out where you need to sit in order to feel your best while living a life you actually LIKE. What do you need to limit? What could you add in? How can you do it all while feeling safe and trusting in your body?

  2. Flexibility: A core tenant of our method is having the ability to move back and forth freely between permission and discipline. Many people can fully cut something out (for awhile) but the key to truly feeling in DEEP control over your choices is being able to eat all the foods you love (at least occasionally), deal with "mistakes" or when things go off course, and get back to where you most like to be without any drama.

  3. Sustainability: Here’s the truth - if you’ve ever done any kind of “reset” before, it’s likely you binged on the not-allowed food for three days before and three days after. And/or you felt AMAZING on the reset and can’t understand why you couldn't hang on to it permanently. Our bodies are cyclical and dynamic. In English? That means that our bodies CHANGE and the needs of your body will change. Right now - it seems like you might be feeling like you need a reset or a break - and we can make that happen! There will also be a day when your body wants to shift direction, back into a more easeful, potentially less-thoughtful or time-consuming way of life. Knowing how to move back into regular life (but better) is super important if you want to hold on to all the benefit of your reset. We’ll teach you that too.

The Secret? The Healthy-ish Method.

The Healthy-ish Method™️ is our proprietary framework for this new era of health.

The framework focuses on two metrics of success:

  1. How you feel in your body

  2. How you feel in your life

It’s this dual-metric of success framework that makes our methodology revolutionary.

✅ You no longer have to sacrifice all of your time, energy, money, and brain space in order to follow the “health plan” you’ve been prescribed.

✅ But, you also don’t have to sacrifice your mood, energy, hormonal and digestive health in order to feel free with food.

THE HEALTHY-ISH METHOD™️ doesn’t view healthy and fun as mutually exclusive. No way! We believe that the deep desires you have for a big, beautiful, adventurous life, filled with gorgeous food and experiences, IS the ultimate road map to your best body and well-being.

We’re going to show you how to double down on the things that bring the most joy and vitality to your life and teach you how to say a fat, juicy, happy NO to the things that don’t.

Unlike traditional online wellness resets or detoxes, here are a few things The 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset doesn’t include:

  1. ❌ Any type of tracking, counting, weighing, or measuring

  2. ❌ Meal plans

  3. ❌ Expensive supplements or equipment

  4. ❌ Absolute rules dictated to you

  5. ❌ Moralizing your demonizing any certain ways of eating or exercising

  6. ❌ Being perpetually hungry

  7. ❌ Before and after photos (unless you redecorate a room while we’re doing the reset! That I NEED to see!)

  8. ❌ Having to hide from society while you’re doing it

How many times have you shied away from doing something positive for your health because you were just about to go on holiday or Thanksgiving was right around the corner or things were busy at work or a friend’s big birthday party? Feeling like you couldn’t “reset” your body AND have a social life. Or a life at all.

Well, guess what: NONE of these are part of The Healthy-ish Model. That’s right. None of ‘em. If there’s anything in there that actually, truly, helps you, we can talk about it (remember! Everyone’s on their own journey), but it’s not part of the core model.

And, do you know why???? Because Healthy-ish should live WITH you. Even the reset. Yes, there may be slightly more structure during the 3-Week Reset but overall - you should be able to make this model work on holiday in the South of France, while meeting that critical deadline, when your kids are ill, and the dog barfs on the rug. The Healthy-ish Reset should FUEL you through these times and teach you how to strike a balance between effort and letting go that allows you to move gracefully though any situation, on YOUR terms.

The Healthy-ish Method encourages you to make unconventional decisions about self-care because if you want a different lifestyle, you need to think differently about your definition and experience of health.

And that’s what Healthy-ish is.

The 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset Curriculum

Inside of the reset, there are 18 short audio lessons, delivered over four weeks - Yup! You heard that right! The first week is a prep week filled with info to get you organized & ready and then you’ll move into the actual 3-Week Reset. The lessons are designed to be done in order to guide you through your reset from start to finish: from setting goals and defining values, all the way through execution.

If you aren’t sure what to eat/move/do while on your reset, fear not! The 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset walks you through plenty of different ideas and helps you make a plan based on your past experiences and future goals.

WEEK 1: AT MIDNIGHT WE RIDE! (AKA PREP WEEK)

  • An introduction to the Healthy-ish model: how we do things differently and a NEW metric for success. In this section you’ll get clear on your health values, the desires you have for your body and life, and we’ll consider the challenges and barriers you face - based on past dieting and weight experiences.

  • Learning to Limit: because of dieting, restriction has gotten a really bad rap. But sometimes, with the right motivation, we need to limit certain things in order to create more space and freedom in our lives. Have you ever needed to cut down on Netflix? Or caffeine? Or time with a challenging friend? This is a sticky topic but don’t fret. You’ll be guided to define what you need to limit (or just the structure you need!) in order to feel shift how you’re feeling over the next three weeks.

  • Add-Ins: Conversely, what do you need to ADD-IN, in order to feel your best? We’ll talk supplements, movement, space, and a few *magical* things to consider.

  • Flexibility: Genuinely, one of the hardest things to do when it comes to food and health is to be FLEXIBLE. Many people can 100% cut something out OR live in a place where everything's allowed and there are no rules. Finding middle ground is HARD but necessary if you want to care for yourself, feel good in your body and have PEACE.

  • Logistics: Time to figure out the details, baby! How much time do you need to get ready? What needs to be pencilled into your schedule? What are some meal and snack ideas for the three weeks (along with a grocery list)? This is about setting yourself up for success.

WEEK 2: WRANGLING YOUR DICK BRAIN

  • It’s happening! You’ve done the prep-work and your reset has started…now it’s time to get into the mindset you’re going to need to make this work and get ready for the common things your dick brain will shout at you as you try to make a change for the better.

  • Rethinking restriction: I want to flip the script on restriction and introduce you to the concept of boundaries and saying no to something, in order to say a bigger YES to others. We’ll discuss cravings, urges, desires, and how to stay well fed and deeply satisfied while re-negotiating your relations with some foods and/or behaviours.

  • Body Image: When you understand the connection between how you feel about your body and how you feed yourself, it’ll be clear why we need to dive deep on this topic

  • Mind-Body Reintegration: Sometimes your very diet-culture trained brain is running the show. Spewing off food rules and calories suggestions from 1980’s teen magazines and outdated health commercials. Other times, your body’s running the show - demanding comfort, creamy things, and instant gratification. In this lesson we’re going to teach these two entities to co-exist and cooperate.

  • Health & Wellbeing as a spectrum: on a scale from intense health effort to IDGF, where do you naturally sit? Where would you LIKE to sit? Let’s discuss how you want to feel, how hard you want to work at it, long term, and how to close the gap between the two.

  • Busy-ness: this about challenging all the stories women tell that keep them focused on others and ignoring themselves. Fuck busy. Fuck everyone’s needs being more important than yours. Fuck running on empty. Fuck all of it. That song from The Barbie Movie is about to start playing and you’re going to figure out if you were really just brought here to do car-pool, wash socks, and give all of the best of you to work.

WEEK 3: YOUR GOLDILOCKS ERA

  • Self-evaluation and reflection: There is an experimental piece to this reset as you learn to do things differently - and you may find that you need to make some adjustments at this point. Were you over-zealous in setting up parameters and structure or a bit too loosey goosey? Do you need more of this and less of that? Time to tweak tweak tweak until the porridge is jussssst right.

  • Movement: I want to examine exercise through a whole new lens and help you understand why the way you’ve been approaching movement, to date, is actually making you feel WORSE in your body and further from your goals.

  • Beauty: A huge topic that must be touched on. The question is, how can you invite beauty back into YOUR life, on your terms? I’ll offer up my most helpful toolkit for living a BIG, VIBRANT life in a world that has very specific beauty and body ideals

  • Cycles: Phases on your body, phases of the season, personal cycles and phases… we’re always changing and it’s important to learn how to work with your body as it ebbs and flows (aka why you can’t decide you’re only going to drink a smoothie every morning from now until 2067)

  • Your Space: Shifting up your space can 10X your results on this reset AND help you cement the changes in behaviour you’ve been working on. We don’t want you to fall back into old habits the moment this is over, let’s use the energy of your space to propel you forward.

WEEK 4: MOVIN ON UP!

  • The 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset has been designed to push the reset button on how you’ve been feeling in your body and give you a crash course on this revolutionary new way of doing health. But, it’s time to get back into regular, day-to-day life… so let’s make a plan.

  • Write the Story of Your Next Chapter

  • Next Steps: this isn't over...

How It’s Gonna Work

The 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset is delivered via an online classroom, where you’ll have access to all the audio lessons and PDF worksheets you’ll need to learn The Healthy-ish Method and set up your 3-Week Reset from start to finish.

All materials are taught via asynchronous learning: you can log in and access and learn on your own schedule, making it convenient for you wherever you are in the world.

Jillian responds to questions several times per week—you’re in good hands! You’ll also be able to review other questions past learners have had, and their responses, helping you cement each concept and know exactly how to move forward.

Past Students Say:

[If you’re loving the 3-Week Healthy-ish Reset, can you submit a testimonial in the comments

with a headshot for me to use on the website?! THANK YOU!!!!!!! ]

“I was tired of feeling out of control over my food and body issues. I think I thought it was a willpower thing and a self-created problem that I needed to get under control myself.

Jill made me feel normal about struggling with this part of my life. I had never sought professional help for food/health concerns, and I didn't even know if she would be able to help me. However, after our first chat, I truly felt a little lighter mentally and that I finally found someone that might be able to help me.

I was impressed with how insightful Jill was in regard to picking up on my eating habits and behaviors. She was able to tell me what was really going on and how to help me through these triggers.

My biggest takeaway is the CLARITY I have now in regard to what is really going on with myself in moments where I used to feel overwhelmed and out of control.

I feel kinder to myself, and am continuing to work toward owning who I am physically (aka not playing into the ladder).”

-Darla Connolly

“I was sick and tired of being either ‘on track’ or ‘off track.’

I was frustrated with how much I thought about food and felt that craving things meant I had an addiction to food. I didn’t want a number on the scale to control my day, mood, and feelings about myself – or to pass these stories on to my kids.

From day one it just clicked that Jill was someone who understood the deeper side of it all –

– that it was not at all about dieting but rather truly learning about why we have these stereotypes and stories and all the MANY aspects of wellness that contribute to our overall feelings about ourselves. It was different.

Since then I stopped weighing myself (the scale is gone and has been for years now), and I have NEVER slipped back into a deprivation diet. I eat what I want and try to really enjoy what I eat.”

-Kim Dreifelds

Being a naturopath, Jill had actual medical/science/groundedness and seemed interested in the individual as opposed to finding blanket solutions that work for everyone. Her attention to detail and the crafting of the work is more of an artisan's approach than a how can I scale this to reach everyone approach. Plus she has a great balance of medical, documented, structured, theoretical and witchy wild alive female energy that is inspirational.

She could see where I was and where I wanted to be very quickly, so we got right into the getting there part. I've loved the programs and how she curates and structures the material to bring the best of all sides of you straight into the middle. It's also been huge to have had the chance to zoom out and look at food as one part of my being, and then to be able to talk about and work on various intersections in that big web of family life.

Since working with Jill, there have been monumental shifts in most areas of my life…

including an awareness of my body, myself, a renewed confidence, deeper calm, better boundaries, better self-care, more joy, and less judgment – to name a few.”

-Anne S.

About the Founder of Healthy-ish

👋Hi, my name is Dr. Jill Murphy and I want you to finally be able to move through this season (+ your life) without guilt or shame. But I know how hard it can be…

If you’re new around here, let me bring you up to speed:

At 19 I moved to Paris, and then London, and spent the year drinking Foster’s on the tube, and gobbling ginger nuts. Was it fun? Hell ya. But I quickly realized I wanted to feel better in my body – and my 👖

When I returned home I dove deep into naturopathy, became addicted to running, and transformed into a full-fledged clean eater who wouldn’t be caught dead eating refined sugars.

Fast forward to today – I’ve lost weight, gained weight, dieted, dieted but called it healthy eating, detoxed, went paleo/gluten-free/vegetarian, found therapy, became a naturopath and health coach, and did so much inner work that I can say that I’m finally free from the sparkle sucking rules of diet and wellness culture and have discovered my own version of health!

Has it been a long road? Yup.

But it’s allowed me to dedicate my entire life to helping others fall truly, madly, deeply in love with their lives and access their own magic formula for a joy-filled, no-more-counting-almonds-kinda lifestyle!

I call this formula Healthy-ish and it’s my mission to completely blow up the conversation around health so you can say f^&ck it to all the rules you’ve been told and start writing your own health story.

Because you can love fries and broccoli sprouts, move for fun (not to cancel out a wee bit of 🎂🍕🍷), like the way you look in jeans, and create a space that brings you joy!

Bottom line. I’m tired of choosing between feeling good and having fun and I bet you are too

Still on the fence? Here are a few things that Healthy-ish is NOT..

  • This is not a magic bullet weight loss program. There are no crappy ideologies to subscribe to, no blood rituals to participate in. Your Healthy-ish program is designed to set you up for long-term success – not overnight “miracles.”

  • It’s not about restriction, rigid rules, or an exact step-by-step plan. We’re going to figure out the perfect plan for you… together. I’ll provide you with every tool you need. Ultimately, it’s up to you to do the work.

  • It’s not even just about food and exercise. It should be clear by now that this is about way more than that. Our culture has deeply conditioned us to believe that health comes down to these two things when in fact it’s much more complex. The good news is that means we can be flexible, learn to work with our values and patterns, and find something much more sustainable. Balance and moderation look different for every person and body. We’ll figure that out together.

  • And it’s NOT just another exhausting thing on your to-do list. The Healthy-ish Reset was created to enhance your life, not steal from it. Everyone is burned out from the past several years. I’m here to help you find your joy, your energy, and your peace.

  • Oh, and there is a 7-day money back guarantee if you get inside and realize that this is NOT the plan for you!
